About

Nancy was her office’s top listing and selling agent from 2002 to 2005. She was listed in the “Top 200 Realtors in Closed Sale on Long Island” in 2005. Her success as Top Producing Agent inspired her to launch her own independently-owned and operated company, and Home and Hearth Real Estate was established in 2006. Nancy is proud to be the broker of the only real estate company in town to be recognized by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Nassau County, and New York State Legislature with the “Business of the Year” Award.

Understanding the need to maintain a competitive edge, Nancy worked to earn certifications from the National Association of Realtors that include:

Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation includes advanced courses in real estate finance, law, and marketing – This designation includes technical training and marketing certification.

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) – This designation is designed for real estate buyers agents who work with buyer clients.

Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) – This is the premier Home Staging Designation.

Nancy continually stays on the cutting edge of real estate technology through educational courses and professional seminars. She is an adult education instructor titled “How to Stage Your Home to Sell for Top Dollar” and “Selling Your Home With or Without a Realtor.” Nancy holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and has studied photography at Mount San Antonio College in California.

Nancy believes in giving back to the community. She has served twice as Vice President of the Oceanside Kiwanis Club and on the Executive Board of The Oceanside Education Foundation/ Schoolhouse Green. She also volunteers her time helping the community through Oceanside Community Service.
