There was an offer that had me a little confused in that Nancy stated that the lower offer was more solid (in her opinion) than a higher bid that came in. I was a little confused about this and sought out Pat J. for advice which was helpful. I went with the higher offer at the time. All in all a GREAT experience and with the combination of the renovations I did and Nancy’s hustle, the property was sold in 3 1/2 months.”
